The Diablo 3 Offline Client V 2.2 is here! A new update brings with it a number of fixes, enhancements, and additions to the game. What are some of the major changes in this latest update? Here are some highlights:-Added support for Windows 10 Anniversary Edition -Improved character select screen dialogs including customizable skill display options -Fixed an issue where corpses would not show up on pvp.net after being attacked by zombies while playing offline mode -Added option to toggle off collision while player is dead to deal with an NPCs trying to heal you when you're dead Too many times I've run into the same NPC trying to steal my health while I'm still alive... -Added option to toggle off collisions by interacting with items -Updated item art for all items -Improved the display of cooldowns in the combat log Some players will now see that they are missing all their cooldowns when they try to use abilities that are on cooldown, because the combat log no longer shows the ability name. The skill now shows as "CD:____" where CD is your current cooldown. Each skill has a different cooldown, no matter how long it lasts. This change was made so you can more easily recognize what your abilities are currently on cooldown. -Fixed a bug that was causing the quest "A Monument to Grift" to not update when the player went offline -Fixed a bug in which skills and runes would not properly update when playing "optimized mode" in single player -Stability and performance improvements -This patch has been thoroughly tested on Windows 10 with nonstop uptime for several days with no issues The number of players able to play at one time in Diablo III has steadily risen over time, with playtime increasing by tens of thousands of hours each patch. However, this increase in playing numbers resulted in an increase in the number of players experiencing connection errors when connecting after launch, or when experiencing issues while playing. This patch is the culmination of a substantial amount of effort to find and fix connection issues that have plagued Diablo III since its launch. In addition, this patch contains a number of additional fixes, tweaks, and optimizations.
